***BOARDING DOGS POLICIES***

We reserve the right to change your dog’s type of boarding, and/or to provide or decline additional services, if it is necessary to protect the health and well-being of your dog, other dogs, or our trainers. (Additional charges may apply.)

Clients are required to provide proof of current vaccinations prior to dropping off your dog.

  • Vaccinations required: Rabies & Distemper (Bordetella recommenced but not required)

  • Flea/Tick: Must be current (Dogs with flea/tick problems will be treated at your expense)

  • If your dog is exhibiting any signs or symptoms that may suggest illness such as sneezing, coughing, wheezing, runny eyes or nose, vomiting, lethargy, or diarrhea, please do not bring your dog to boarding.

  • We accept intact male and female dogs for boarding services, but female dogs who are in heat or who come into heat will not be permitted to be out with other dogs. We are not responsible for unplanned breeding. We will contact you if your dog comes into heat while with us to give you the option to pick them up early.

Reservations and Cancellations

Reservations are required for all stays. Deposits and/or cancellation fees may apply for extended stay and holiday/peak season bookings.

Payment

All invoices must be paid in full upon pick up of your dog(s). We accept cash, PayPal, or Venmo

Drop-off and Pick-up

Drop-off and pick-up is by appointment only.

Food and Feeding

Because changing diet can upset a dog’s stomach, we require you to bring your dog’s own food in a sealed and labeled bag or container. Please bring more than enough for your dog’s entire stay. We recommend bringing an additional 2-3 days of food for your dog. If your dog requires a special diet and the supply you provided runs out during your dog’s stay, We will make every effort to procure the same or similar brand on your behalf, and you will be charged for the quantity purchased as well as a procurement fee. If your dog does not require a special diet and runs out of food during their stay they will be fed our premium house food for a cost of $4/meal.

Medications and Supplements

If your dog is on medication and/or supplements, please bring more than enough of each for your dog’s entire stay. If the supply of medications or supplements you provided runs out during your dog’s stay, We will make every effort to procure essential medications only, and you will be charged for the quantity purchased as well as a procurement fee. We do not charge for the administration of medications or supplements.

Personal Items

Do not bring items with your dog(s) that are valuable or irreplaceable. We are not responsible for loss or damage to any personal item, including bedding or toys, left with or for your dog(s).

Abandoned Dog Procedure

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, if you fail to pick up your dog(s) by the designated time and have failed to make satisfactory alternative arrangements we will continue to provide basic service to ensure the dog’s health and safety, and charges will continue to accrue. We will make best efforts to contact you using the information you provided, advising you that if your dog(s) is not picked up within a reasonable time period, your dog(s) will be deemed to be abandoned and that We will deliver the dog(s) to a third-party adoption partner or to Animal Control. You understand that you may lose ownership of your dog(s) under these circumstances. If you fail to pick up your dog(s) for any reason, you release us from all further liability and responsibility for your dog(s). You shall remain liable to us for all unpaid charges, including without limitation the court costs and reasonable attorneys’ fees incurred in the collection of such charges.
