Hi, I’m Beefaroni, but you can call me Beefy! I may look like a big tough beefcake, but I’m really a sensitive boy at heart.

I’ve been on quite the journey before finding my foster home. I was picked up as a stray and ended up at a local impound. It wasn’t my favorite place and I ended up on the euthanaisa list and had some bumps along the way, but luckily, Unbreakabull gave me my third chance at life!

My ideal morning involves a cuddle sesh on the couch — I mean, I’m basically a 75 lb teddy bear! I happily keep myself entertained with a toy or a bone while my foster parents work from home. When they take a break, I love joining them on walks and showing off my A1 leash manners.

I've been told I'm a fast learner, which makes sense because I love picking up new skills to add to my resume. I'm also super food-motivated (I mean, hello, I didn’t get named Beefaroni for nothing), which makes training sessions really fun! They're also great for helping me build my confidence, which I’ve struggled with in the past.

When I first arrived at my foster home, I was dealing with some big feelings and felt very unsure of myself. On top of that, my knees caused me a lot of pain. Thankfully, Unbreakabull got me the training and surgery I needed, and now I’m on the road to recovery — living a more confident, pain-free life!

I currently live with two dogs, two cats, and four chickens, and I get along great with all of them! I don't bother the cats or chickens at all. I love playing with my foster siblings, especially my foster brother since he's super laid-back and chill. Although, my foster sister is a bit bossy, and sometimes we butt heads when I can’t have my way. I’d probably do best with a calm, low-energy dog friend, or as the only canine in my future home.

As for my future family, I’d love a place where my parents have a flexible work schedule and will continue helping me build my confidence. I would thrive in a home that understands dog body language and is committed to training and maintaining a routine. In return, you’ll be rewarded with endless love, the cutest tippy-taps, big smiles, and the best cuddles!
